Welcome to d0rz. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the d0rz website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By registering an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

d0rz is a local on-demand marketplace connecting customers with independent providers for rides, errands, deliveries, groceries, and related local services. d0rz is operated from Santa Clara County, California.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. The marketplace

d0rz operates a marketplace. Providers are independent third parties, not employees or agents of d0rz. d0rz does not perform the services offered by providers and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any provider or customer. Your interactions with other users are solely between you and them.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including card networks and cryptocurrency payment providers. By using the Service you agree to the terms of those processors. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

6. User content and conduct

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe any rights, transmit harmful or fraudulent content, or interfere with the Service. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. d0rz DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, d0rz AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless d0rz, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
